José María Busqué
José María Busqué graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 2009, completing his studies at the Freie Universität in Berlin.
He is bilingual German-Spanish and his professional experience has focused to date on advising and representing German clients with interests in Spain.

Miguel Torres
Miguel Torres has been a lawyer since 1987 and advises our clients especially on international business law. He is a reference in Spain in the legal aspects related to the cultivation and research of cannabis for medicinal purposes, having advised the company that obtained the first authorization granted by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products.
He has been a professor of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona for more than 25 years.

Iñigo Valdenebro
Iñigo Valdenebro completed his legal training at the University of San Sebastián and at the Universities of Tübingen and Heidelberg in Germany.
He has been the director of a prestigious Spanish-German law firm in Berlin. He currently provides legal advice internationally in his own law firm and is a regular collaborator of our firm.

Cristina Alaya
Cristina is a specialist in labour law and bankruptcy law. She graduated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2010 and has completed her studies with specialised courses in payroll and social security.
She collaborates with our firm especially in labour aspects arising from Due Diligence processes in the purchase and sale of companies and leads the department of advice to individuals in matters of labour conflicts and representation before the National Institute of Social Security.

Ángel Balmori
Ángel Balmori graduated from the University of Barcelona in 2013 and is a specialist in public administrative law.
He has developed his professional activity in both the public and private sectors and has worked as a municipal lawyer for the Vendrell and Abrera town councils.
He advises our clients mainly on administrative due diligence processes and on urban planning issues related to real estate projects.
